The challenge was to develop a cohesive brand identity and visual system that reflects the essence of the business while feeling clean, modern, and vibrant, with a timeless quality that remains effective and relevant over time.

A distinctive brand identity and visual system was developed, drawing inspiration from the organic forms, textures, and enduring qualities of preserved botanicals. The logo features an intertwined "P" that highlights the double "P" in the company name, while its continuous form symbolizes the lasting nature of Peony Petal's handcrafted floral keepsakes.

 

The identity pairs a bold, expressive color palette with clean sans serif typography to create a modern yet approachable aesthetic. Hand-drawn black-and-white illustrations, accented with intentional pops of color, celebrate the handcrafted character of each floral piece while adding warmth, personality, and depth. Together, these elements create a fresh yet enduring visual identity that reflects the artistry, craftsmanship, and natural beauty behind the brand.
